REENGINEERING ORGANISASI

Reengineering is fundamental rethinking and radical redesingn of business process to achieve dramatic improment of organizational performance. The problem seems to be that reengineering often fail. The reason for this lack of success seems to be associated with the human factor not being fully considered or understood.
